SEQUEL Sharpens Web Interface for BI Solution
SEQUEL Software updates its browser-based interface for SEQUEL, SEQUEL Web Interface (SWI). With SWI, Power Systems users running IBM i can access and work with SEQUEL objects via dashboards, views, reports, tables, scripts, and applications from a web browser. Version 10 of SWI makes it easier to securely access and present data by combining a simpler interface for users with simpler maintenance for administrators. A new Explorer window makes it easy to search for, navigate, and work with data, so users can view results quickly and download or save data in various file formats. Additionally, users can either display or print reports and tables, run scripts and drill-down applications by double-clicking them, and send data as email attachments. With numerous other UI enhancements, SWI version 10 will remind current customers of ViewPoint, SEQUEL’s desktop application.
