In the fourth installment of our i Talk with Tuohy audio blog, Paul chats with Tim Rowe, IBM's business architect for application development and system management, while working on the Application Modernization Redbook in Rochester. Tim was one of the instigators behind the Application Modernization Redbook, and during the conversation Paul gets some insight as to why IBM is putting this Redbook together and gleans some information about how the residency team was assembled.
