1. How do I subscribe to iPro Developer magazine?
To receive iPro Developer, you must subscribe to iPro Developer.
2. Can I get a discount for ordering multiple subscriptions to iPro Developer?
We do not offer discounts for multiple subscriptions.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Within two weeks you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to add that to your safe sender file.
4. How do I change my subscription address if I'm a current subscriber?
You can Update your address by going to Edit Settings in the top right corner under your user name.
5. How do I get a reprint or back issue?
Reprints are available for all of our articles. Contact Wright's Media at 877-652-5295 or email them at email@example.com. Back issues are available at $15/issue; some issues are no longer in print.
6. How do I read my invoice?
Each item you have ordered is listed with the quantity and total cost of the item. If an item is marked "B/O," that means it is on back order, and you have not been charged for it. As soon as the back-ordered item is available, it will automatically be shipped to you with a new invoice. We ask that you pay the total amount due as quoted on the bottom of the invoice and return that portion of the invoice with your payment.
7. How do I submit an article to iPro Developer?
iPro Developer welcomes inquiries about writing for the magazine. Before you submit an article, we recommend that you read our writers kit. Once you've read the writers kit, if you have additional questions about our acquisitions process or want to submit an article proposal or outline, send us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Subscription Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your magazine subscription for any reason, you may cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for any remaining issues left on your subscription term. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information.
